Princess Ariel joins the Funko Pop Animation lineup as #831, drawn from Thundarr the Barbarian, the post-apocalyptic Saturday morning cartoon that ran at the start of the 1980s. As Thundarr's sorceress companion, Ariel handled the magic side of the trio's travels through a broken, half-familiar Earth, and she's rendered here in the standard Pop style with her cloak and headband intact.
This one is a convention exclusive, released for the 2021 Spring Convention, so it sits outside the regular retail assortment. A good fit for collectors building out vintage animation shelves or anyone who remembers Thundarr, Ookla and Ariel from the original broadcast run.
