Phil D. Graves is one of the four mascots from Funko's Heavy Metal Halloween 2023 celebration, joining Rusty Steel, Jack Carver, and Sid Fishious as part of the Funko Originals cast. This special edition Pop! came out of the Melbourne Heavy Metal Halloween event, a piece tied to a specific moment rather than a general retail release.
The figure is a special edition release limited to 6,000 pieces, so it sits in the same territory as other event-tied Funko Originals mascots that collectors tend to chase after the fact. If you follow Funko's own in-house characters or keep an eye on the annual Halloween lineups, Phil D. Graves fills a slot that is hard to backfill once the event window closes.
