Cobra's resident mad scientist joins the Pop! lineup as number 11 in the Retro Toys series. Dr. Mindbender comes styled after his 1980s G.I. Joe action figure look, complete with the open vest, cape and monocle that made him one of the more memorable faces in Cobra's command structure. The vinyl figure stands about 3.75 inches tall.
For collectors building out a G.I. Joe shelf, he slots in alongside the other Cobra operatives in the Retro Toys line and gives the villain side some much-needed brainpower. The nostalgic sculpt makes him an easy fit next to other Pop! figures pulled from vintage toy aisles rather than the cartoon or comics.
