The Alien Remix line takes Toy Story's Little Green Man and drops him into the roles of other Pixar characters, and this one puts him in Randall Boggs mode from Monsters, Inc. You get the familiar wide-eyed claw-machine alien with Randall's purple coloring and reptilian look, which is a strange combination that somehow works better than it has any right to.
