Ron Weasley's broken wand backfires in Chamber of Secrets, and Funko committed to the bit: this is Ron mid-slug, bucket in hand, as Pop number 114 in the Harry Potter line. The taped-together wand that Ron refused to replace turns his Slug-Vomiting Charm back on himself, and the figure captures that particular low point in his second year at Hogwarts.
It's a stylized vinyl bobblehead in the standard Pop format, with Ron in Gryffindor school robes and the bucket sculpted as part of the piece. A good fit for collectors building out the Harry Potter numbering or assembling the Weasleys, and one of the more specific movie-moment sculpts in the line rather than a generic standing pose.
