Delete Your PetezPopz Account

To request deletion of your Petez Popz account and associated data, email support@petezpopz.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request and confirm once complete.

What gets deleted: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, birthday, and loyalty/rewards profile (points balance and membership tier).

What we retain: past order and transaction records are kept as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping law, even after your account is deleted — these records are no longer linked to your personal profile once deletion is complete.

If you'd like us to delete only specific information (for example, just your phone number or address) rather than your entire account, email us at the same address and let us know what to remove.

This request is handled by Petez Popz LLC, the developer of the PetezPopz app.
